Koloon was an Elemental. Whilst on Earth she posed as Lilly Finnegan, and owned a pub. Ace met her when she was being attacked by Mr Thomas's men. She owned half the clubs in that part of Liverpool. She had the power of spontaneous human combustion. She couldn't be killed. She made a deal with Hex, after he cashed in his winnings from card games with Fenric and Weyland, so that he could return to the mortal world for one year, but he lost his memories of his former life.
