Aubrey Fairchild was British Prime Minister from 2008-2009, following the short tenure of "Harold Saxon"(The Master). When escaping to an unknown location during the Dalek invasion, his plane lost contact with Torchwood, implying that it was destroyed during the fighting with the Daleks. his final fate remains unknown.
