The Ra'ra'vis were the avian natives of the planet Helion.
Once each generation, the crystalline moons of Helion aligned with its sun at the Solstice of Pajaro. This created a time corridor that lasted for a few hours, which the Ra'ra'vis used to rejuvenate their old and sick. (COMIC: Time Fraud)
