The Deca was a group of ten young rebellious Gallifreyans at the Academy, which included the Doctor.

Overview

The Deca finished when the Doctor betrayed the group by leaving Gallifrey.

Other members of the clique would choose lives as renegade Time Lords, namely the Master (then named Koschei), the Monk (then known as Mortimus, the Rani (then named Ushas), the War Chief (originally Magnus), Magnus and Drax.

Rallon was taken over by the Celestial Toymaker. Millenia was forcibly made part of the Celestial Toyroom. Jelpax and Vansell would go on to hold down conventional roles in Time Lord society. (PDA: Divided Loyalties)

Vansell would latter eventually head the Celestial Intervention Agency.
