The Grand Council was an organisation of Raxacoricofallapatorians on Raxacoricofallapatorius and were the rulers of the planet.
History
Before they became criminals, the Slitheen family were the rulers of Raxacoricofallapatorius. However they were overthrown and replaced by the Blathereen family. (TV: The Gift) Glune Fex Fize Sharlaveer-Slam Slitheen planned to buy a fleet of battle-cruisers, return to Raxacoricofallapatorius and smite the Grand Council. The Slitheen were unable to do this when Glune was killed and his plan to strip Sol of its energy failed. (TV: Revenge of the Slitheen)
In the year 34,600, the Grand Council's governor (or Lord Predator) was Haralto Wong Bopz Wim-Waldon Arlene. This was when Raxacoricofallapatorius, along with many other alien races, fought in the Platonic War against the human race. However he died shortly after this. (PROSE: The Slitheen Excursion)
