Tim Perkins was principally an inker who worked for Doctor Who Magazine in 1987 and 1988. He inked Profits of Doom and the Sixth Doctor's final DWM story, Grant Morrison's The World Shapers. He inked the Seventh Doctor's initial comic outings, A Cold Day in Hell and Redemption.
