We also know that Dalek puppets often do not know that they are Dalek puppets until their Dalek side is activated. Just look at the first one, who called on the Doctor for help and then quickly turned when he guessed her true form. Let's face it, Bors is a Dalek Puppet, we have no evidence that he wasn't always one, and I'm not sure we can really call him a "companion." : Moffat confirmed [http://www.radiotimes.com/news/2015-10-16/steven-moffat-clears-up-one-of-the-biggest-mysteries-from-the-magicians-apprentice here] that Bors ''was'' converted by the snake. But is this enough proof to change it in-universe. [[User:OttselSpy25|OS25]] ([[User Talk:OttselSpy25|talk to me, baby.]]) 14:49, October 16, 2015 (UTC) |

Has it been confirmed that it was Colony Sarff's snake that converted Bors into a puppet? CybermanFan ☎ 23:34, September 21, 2015 (UTC)CybermanFanCybermanFan ☎ 23:34, September 21, 2015 (UTC)
- It seems more like that he always was a puppet, and some do not want to admit it as it would make his "companion" status questionable. OS25 (talk to me, baby.) 13:33, September 22, 2015 (UTC)
- It seems more likely he was converted by the snake due to how differently he acts afterwards. Quiet, willing to let the Doctor be taken despite "being in his service", and slithering away. Besides, if he was always a puppet, why would the snake attack him?BananaClownMan ☎ 13:52, September 22, 2015 (UTC)
- While I understand both of your stances, they are both opinions based upon logical suggestions and conclusions. In order to give a time period of his conversion, you need a solid reference, preferably in-universe. After having dealt with Dalek Puppets before, I would have thought the Doctor would have been able to notice something odd what with the puppets generally having a somewhat lack of sympathy or empathy and with them being cold to the touch. The conclusion is - get evidence before making statements. Without a source, you can't say it, even if you 'know' it's true. Furthermore, you need to research what constitutes as a source. I'm not sure if DWM is a source or not. If not, then proving it is that tad more difficult haha. TheFartyDoctor Talk 14:22, September 22, 2015 (UTC)
