Evan Morgan, 2nd Viscount of Tredegar, was a British aristocrat and a friend of Dorian Gray.

Morgan found a copy of Kronos Vad's History of Earth and decided to buy it from Alfred Vandermeer. (AUDIO: The Adventure of the Bloomsbury Bomber) His family owned Tredegar House in Newport.
