A Dalek Attack Squad Leader was leader of the Dalek Attack Squad Delta. It was sent to investigate the disappearance of two Daleks on the planet Galacton, but a group of red-eyed creatures attacked the squad, leaving the leader as the only survivor. The Squad Leader was stuck on a ledge after it fell deep inside a borehole and its systems came back online. Unable to escape the shaft, it decided to make the ultimate sacrifice to energise the Radio-Activan in the core to provide fuel for the Dalek Empire.
