The Vomit-O-Matic was a device containing Nanotermites. They covered the lining of the throat and in the event of vomiting the waste was frozen into a small solid. They were installed free as part of the info-spiking process. Adam Mitchell had one installed when he recieved an infospike on Satellite Five. (DW: The Long Game)
