Café Demel was a famous cafe in Vienna, Austria near Hofburg Palace.
The Eighth Doctor was scheduled to meet there with Samson and Gemma Griffin in June 1816. Believing it to be June 1816, he brought Mary Shelley to this cafe in 1873. (AUDIO: The Silver Turk)
