Limehouse Laundry was a London establishment run by men of the Tong of the Black Scorpion. After he was injured by a giant rat, Li H'sen Chang went there "to destroy the false god" Magnus Greel. During their visit to the laundry, the Fourth Doctor and Leela found him smoking opium to relieve pain. He died of his wounds in their presence. (TV: The Talons of Weng-Chiang)
