Pella Satyrnis was an ice planet where the Hroth lived. The Fifth Doctor was stranded there for five years during the 63rd century. He opened the restaurant Tempus Fugit on the planet to attract the attention of the Crystal Bucephalus Carte de Locales. (PROSE: The Crystal Bucephalus)
