Electra Montaigne was an entertainer in a city far in William's future. She was once married to Eldric Bansal. The Sixth Doctor and William interrogated her when Bansal was murdered. She sent them to Cardinal Xaluus Monfreit. (PROSE: Walkin' City Blues)
