Rosemary was a fortune teller and a friend of Barbara Wright. She read Ian Chesterton's palm and found that his lifeline was shattered across time and space. She warned him that he would be going on a long, perilous journey, but Ian refused to believe her.
She told Ian that he would meet with a woman who had a package, and that if he took the package, he would seal his fate. Ian became angry with her and didn't want to pay her. She took the money and left, and in retaliation Ian took the package that she had left on the table. (PROSE: The Splintered Gate)
