Quintana Roo was a city in Yucatán, Mexico. In 2018, the Second Doctor initially thought at Ramón Salamander's accent marked him as having hailed from this city. The Time Lord wasn't far wrong; Salamander came from Mérida, instead. (TV: The Enemy of the World)
