Ali Baba is a character from the tale of the same name, who received three wishes.
After returning to the TARDIS from a housecall on Earth, 2011, The Doctor asked where Amy Pond and Rory Williams would want to go next, Rory said that that was like getting three wishes. The Doctor then said three wishes was like Ali Baba. (TV: Night Terrors)
