Kenneth Benda (3 June 1902-26 July 1978) played the Defence Minister in the Doctor Who television story The Claws of Axos.

Brenda's career began in a 1963 episode of No Hiding Place, after which he appeared on The Plane Makers, The Saint, The Avengers, Adam Adamant Lives!, Softly, Softly, The Prisoner, Z-Cars, Paul Temple, Doomwatch and Churchill's People. He also appeared in the film The Adventure of Sherlock Holmes' Smarter Brother.
