Daniel Hill (born 1955) played Chris Parsons in the Doctor Who television story Shada and voiced Percy Noggins in the Big Finish Doctor Who audio story The Stuff of Nightmares. He is best known for playing Harvey Bains on the BBC sitcom Waiting for God.
