Script to Screen was a competition created by BBC Learning and Doctor Who Confidential aimed at Upper Primary school pupils. It involved them writing a three-minute script that took the Eleventh Doctor on a new quest travelling through space and time inside the TARDIS. The winning entry, Death Is the Only Answer, was submitted by the Children of Oakley Junior School.

The competition was again repeated the following year, with the new winning entry, Good as Gold, being broadcast as part of an episode of Blue Peter.
