Murphy Grumbar (16 August 1928-5 May 1991) was primarily a Dalek Operator in the 1960s and 1970s. He is sometimes credited as Peter Murphy or Murray Grunbar.
His only other known acting credit is in a 1974 episode of Moody and Pegg.
