Professor Bill Parnaby was a philosophy instructor at the University of East Wessex. He was a friend of Barry Hitchins and John Finer. He was not well-known, but in the new timeline created after Finer's experiments were shut down, he was a pop philosophy star. (PROSE: Psi-ence Fiction)
