However Jacks body eventually reformed and she opted to have him encased in cement to stop him from coming back to life. However her plans went up in smoke when Gwen, Rhys and Ianto infiltrated the base and smashed Jack out of the cell with a fork-lift truck. She and her men pursued the group but Gwen shot a lorry in the middle of the road which caught fire and exploded, blocking their path. She then phoned Mr Frobisher and apologised for their failure. Agent Johnson was a trained government official tasked with infiltrating Torchwood three to assess how well equipped they were.

The next day Johnson traced a phone call to Jacks mobile and found out that Alice Carter had been trying to contact him and was in fact his daughter. She and her men stormed Alices home and when she threatened them with a gun Johnson convinced her to come clean. It was then that Alice's son Steven was taken over by the 456 and Johnson realised that the aliens were here. (TW: Day Three)

Her next assingment was to trace Torchwood she found them and knew they where hiding in a warehouse used by Torchwood One. She and her swat team attacked and held Gwen Cooper hostage. She was told to stand down when Torchwood had blackmailed the government. (TW:Day Four)
