Alice Carter (née Moretti) is the daughter of Jack Harkness and Lucia Moretti, a former Italian Torchwood Three operative. She is also Gray's niece. She lives with her son, Jack's grandson, Steven – who, like every child in the world, is briefly taken over by the 456.
