These clips went viral soon afterwards, and caused Kiron's power to grow. After many years, she told Kiron, who was now President, that it was time to summon the Doctor. After arriving at Kiron's presidential chambers, the Doctor withdrew his promise to protect Kiron, and his spell over the planet's population was broken.
