A host of shooting gallery Target Happy at Rokhandi World theme park was a SERVEYOUinc employee.
Originally he visited the theme park while being on vacation. After the park security staff took him to talk to the Entity, he fell under its control and stayed to work in the park.
When the Eleventh Doctor started shooting the toys instead of the targets, the host was not too bothered expecting the security staff to pacify the Doctor the same way they had dealt with him. He did not stop Alice Obiefune when she borrowed one of the gallery guns.
