Eric Rawden was the Interrogator who interrogated the Eighth Doctor. He tried to use C'rizz to get information out of him. He wanted to know about Gorden Latch. He engineered the psi powers developed for the battlefield. He wanted to torture the Doctor. He was angry when the Doctor escaped. (AUDIO: Something Inside)
