Lucia Moretti (18 June 1945-23 November 2006) was an Italian Torchwood agent and the lover of fellow agent Captain Jack Harkness. Lucia and Jack had one daughter, Alice. She retired in 1977. and put Alice Carter in a protection programme (application approved on 14 February, 1977). She died of heart disease. (TW: Children of Earth: Day Three)
