Domitian was a robot who observed the Eighth Doctor and Lucie Miller arriving on the spacestation. It told Probus and Macrinus about it. It was concerned with protocol. It thought that Lucie wasn't a human because she was female. It sacrificed their its in order to make sure that the Doctor and Lucie could get to the reset switch. (AUDIO: The Cannibalists)
