I2, or Integrated Intelligence, was an Earth software company founded by Lionel Stabfield.
They developed OffNet, an integration system that was use in computers and other electronic equipment throughout the world. MI5 suspected they were a front for the terrorist organisation Little Brothers. Actually, they were a front for the Voracians. With the living software Voractyll, they planned to take over the Earth. When they were defeated by the Fourth Doctor, Sarah Jane Smith and Harry Sullivan in 1998, and most of the employees killed, the company went out of business. (PROSE: System Shock)
