Tuluku Venn - affectionately referred to as Lookie by Fiora Venn - was a British descendant of the Mayakai who lived in Justine McManus' hometown.

Tuluku lived with Fiora Venn in a house near Geddis Fields. Although Tuluku and Fiora acted as husband and wife, they were not actually married because the reverend refused to participate in an interracial marriage.
