Harvey was a maintenance crewmember on the T-Mat Moonbase.
When the Ice Warriors invaded the base, Harvey, Harry Osgood, Locke, Phipps and Fewsham were cornered in the control room. Against the warnings of Osgood, Harvey tried to flee, but was killed by one of the warriors. (TV: The Seeds of Death)
