Veena Brady was one of Donna Noble's friends.
Donna Noble mentioned to her mum that she was going to stay at Veena's house for a week but that was in fact a lie, so she could travel in Time and Space with the Tenth Doctor. (DW:Partners in Crime)
Sylvia Noble mentioned Veena when Donna Noble came to see them saying 'I talked to Veena she said you never came. (DW: The Sontaran Stratagem)
