Miss Elizabeth Devonshire was a human who met the Nestene Consciousness when she was young.

She was treated poorly by children because of her appearance and accent. She befriended the creature [who?], which would give her advice every time she visited [statement unclear]. She helped heal its injuries and made a place for it under Hyperville. Later, she offered Max Carson a job at Hyperville if he would help her destroy mankind.
