John Lumic was a business tycoon and owner of Cybus Industries. Born in Great Britain, he caleld it 'The Homeland'. He has advanced the entire planet through his inventions such as the EarPod.
He was dying from a fatal illness and plans to use his vast knowledge and fortune to survive after death. He used Cybus Industries front organisation International Electromatics to collect the homeless for experiments.
