A stretcher was an object used on which injured persons were placed, allowing them to be carried safely. Susan Foreman, Ian Chesterton and Barbara Wright fashioned a stretcher in the year 100,000 BC for Za who had suffered a vicious attack from a creature in the Forest of Fear.
