Buzzer was a Ganger cloned from the 22nd century Earth miner of the same name.
He died when the Eleventh Doctor's attempt to help the humans and Gangers negotiate was interrupted by the human Miranda Cleaves, armed with a circuit probe. Buzzer attempted to take it off her, but she electrocuted him to death.
