Pete Kellerman was chief lecturer in Strategic Studies at the California Institute of Political Affairs. By 1998 he was President Tom Dering's National Security Adviser.
One of Kellerman's ancestors became mentally linked to the Khameirians, whose influence continued through the generations. He helped in the plan to reconstitute them by starting a nuclear war. When the Khameirians were destroyed, he was freed from their control. (PROSE: Option Lock)
