Lynsey Muir has been part of the crew as 3rd and 2nd assistant director on Doctor Who and Torchwood television stories.
According to David Tennant on the DVD commentary of The Idiot's Lantern, Muir actually appeared in the episode as one of the faces of the people the Wire had captured in the televisions at Magpie Electricals.
