Peter Wragg was the visual effects designer for the Doctor Who television stories The Visitation, Resurrection of the Daleks and Mindwarp. He also operated the uncredited Fendahleen in Image of the Fendahl. (DWM 197)

In 1991, he won a Royal Television Society Craft Award for his work on Red Dwarf, a show on which he was the principal visual effects designer for most of its original run. He was also the visual effects designer for The Hound of the Baskervilles, produced by Barry Letts and starring Tom Baker, as well as working on the television series Captain Scarlet and the Mysterons and Thunderbirds.
