Marcus Americanius Scriptor was a native of Roma I who obtained a Time Ring, leading to the formation of the Empire of Empires and their war against the Greater German Reich. As a descendant of Tiberius Americanus, Scriptor was part of one of the wealthiest families on his universe's Earth.
History
Scriptor was born on the 8th of Januarius MMDCLXI in his family's villa.
When he was 11, Scriptor began writing a history of America which took him 2 years to complete. After the Emperor read and enjoyed Scriptor's first work, he was commissioned to write more. Scriptor wrote the histories of the Hercules Bridge and the Roman Forum.
When he was 21, Scriptor was contacted by a reader of his work and informed of an old man who had appeared in the Roman Forum on the day of Scriptor's birth. Looking into reports of the man's appearance, Scriptor located a Time Ring which had been separated from the old man. Scriptor took it to the man and and grabbed onto him when he used it to travel to another universe. Scriptor killed the old man, took back the ring, and used it to return to Roma I.
