General Brudge was a the leader of the attack on Rescension. He was regarded as a powerful and strong figure. Donna Noble disagreed with his decisions to continue attacking the Aquabi settlement, which would obviously mean more death and destruction.
While talking to Sergeant Lenova, he was surprised to discover that she was a Serfian Queen who had been mothering millions of Serfians for a vast invasion. He tried to stop her, but was consumed. (AUDIO: Pest Control)
