Harry Hill played a Cyberman and wrote the Doctor Who special skit that featured on The Harry Hill Show. He also wrote Lords and Ladies which he also played Davros alongside Jon Pertwee as the Third Doctor.
In the film Professor Branestawm, Hill's character of Professor Branestawm is seen to have built and own a TARDIS.
