The Prime Reordin was the elected leader of the Orion androids during the Orion War in the 26th century. The nature of the position was almost identical to the President of Earth. The difference was that only an android who was designed for leadership roles and a citizen of the Orion system could run for the office, while anyone who was a citizen of the Earth Empire could run for the office of President of Earth.
