I've just been rewatching the Voyage of the Damned episode and I found it curious that the people of Sto, who use credits make close to no money. Anyone else find it interesting how the credit card belonging to Mr. Copper was valued at 1,000,000 pounds = 50,000,000 credits, yet Van Hoffs stated that the 5000 credit phone bill would take them 20 years to repay. Does that mean that their salary is 250 credits(50 pounds) per year? Does this make sense to anyone, cause I am super perplexed by that.
