A clerk worked at the Prohibited Sphere Megastore, along with Luke. She told Clara Oswald about the customers disappearing in the store. After Luke was pulled into a comic book by the Boneless, she and Clara escaped the store and ran into the TARDIS. She watched the Twelfth Doctor free everyone who had been trapped in the comics.
