Brynblaidd was a small Welsh village located in the Brecon Beacons. For generations, every few years, the villagers of Brynblaidd periodically engaged in murder and cannibalism of strangers. Circa 2007, after they had abducted seventeen victims within a thirty mile radius, Torchwood 3 discovered the community, for which at the time Evan Sherman apparently acted as the informal leader. Sometime soon, the police came and arrested the villagers. After this, presumably, this sick tradition was discontinued. (TW: Countrycide)
