The Sommerton Fetch was the name given to a ghost that appeared several times over the centuries in Shrewsbury. The ghost was actually the Third Doctor, who was being pulled through time by the Time Vortex while trying to stop Casimer from using her time twister. (PROSE: The Sommerton Fetch)
