Lieutenant Peter Hamilton was a member of the Marine Space Corps expedition to Exxilon. His father had been killed in a war with the Daleks, so he hated the thought of working with them when Richard Railton, the second in command of the expedition, decided to ally with the Daleks.
He found Dan Galloway ruthless, and he was openly disgusted by Galloways' agreement with the Daleks to wipe out a small group of Exxilons. (TV: Death to the Daleks)
