A Hospital was present on Floor 1056 on a Mondasian colony ship on which the Twelfth Doctor, with Bill, Nardole and Missy landed on.
After Jorj shot her through the chest, Bill was taken by cybernetic patients to the hospital on floor 1056 to be "repaired". There, she encountered a surgeon, a nurse and a disguised Master. Over the years, the technology grew more advanced and Bill soon became the first fully converted cybernetic humanoid. (TV: World Enough and Time)
